SUPPORTING A CAST OF THOUSANDS AT ESPORTS COMPETITION
6,000 people gathered in Kiev, Ukraine for an eSports competition with 16 teams from around the globe, a 70-person production team, and newscasters from the U.K, Russia and China.
C.KAY International managed advance preparations and 3 weeks of on-site logistics:
- Arranged accommodations, site visits, and flights for all the gamers and vendors
- Worked on-site in Kiev for a week of set-up, a week of practice, and a week-long intense competition
- Managed food, beverage, transportation, production support, personal security for competitors, and a Meet-and-Greet for fans with the competitors
RESULTS: an exciting, successful competition with international champions celebrated in English, Chinese and Russian language
