RECEPTION FOR THE ROYAL AIR FORCE AEROBATIC TEAM, THE RED ARROWS
A cocktail reception for 300 business executives and friends to celebrate The Red Arrows on the Seattle stop of their America/Canada Tour
C.KAY International planned and managed this unique event:
- Sourced the perfect venue to celebrate the team: Seattle’s Museum of Flight
- Worked with the venue and multiple vendors to create an enjoyable, celebratory environment to network and meet the RAF pilots
- Handled all event logistics: guest registrations, budget, guest communications, signage, and event branding
RESULTS: The Red Arrows were successfully honoured and local supporters enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate the renowned pilots
