FORTUNE 500 COMPANY HOLDS Year-End client recognition event
A glamourous Christmas-themed extravaganza in Seattle for 350 company executives, client representatives, and guests to celebrate the business relationship
C. KAY International planned and managed all aspects of the event:
- Designed event concept and sourced all components: a band, Dickens carol singers, ice sculpture of Seattle’s skyline, photo booth, and Christmas décor
- Source and arranged an event-specific venue split into sections: lounge for people to sit and sip, a networking and eating room, and a dance floor
- The gourmet food and beverage menu included a station for guests to make their own s’mores
RESULTS: A good time was had by all! Client executives were able to network effectively and enjoy their guests
